Celebrate Your Style

I have always been more of a girly girl, especially when it comes to my style but I know that it's not everyones cup of tea.

So if your a high school senior and have a senior photo session coming up but don't want to wear a dress or frilly top this one is for you. I turned to one of my favorite influencers Lacey Dilworth to help me pull some inspiration for these looks. You can follow her on instagram @laceydilworth if you are looking for an account that shares cozy and cute tomboy styles.

Super Casual and Comfy

I LOVE this look. It's comfy and cute but still has all the elements that are necessary for a good senior photo session outfit. We have a pop of color with the burnt orange. Pattern in the shoes and sweaters and different textures of fabrics.

I think this outfit would be so cute for any senior who has a more laid back style that wants to stay away from flirty and floral tops.

Comfy but Cute

Okay so I normally encourage my seniors to stay away from graphic tees and apparel with branding, however I know that graphic tees are VERY popular right now so if graphic tees are a big part of your style I WANT you to wear one to your session.

With that being said try to pick a graphic tee that has some meaning to you. A favorite sport team or band that you love would be a perfect option.

What makes this outfit complete and photo worthy is the layering and texture with the undershirt, simple necklace and combat boots.

If the lace undershirt is to frilly for you, a simple long sleeve under the graphic tee is a perfectly good choice as well.

Remember this post is to inspire you to create outfits that you are confident and comfortable in. My hope is that these outfits will give you some ideas on how to put together a few outfits for your senior portrait session that will give you a diversity, timelessness and comfort.
